We are a transport company in Belarus. At the beginning of June 2016 we received a proposal from a polish company to deliver goods from Belarus to Spain. Under the terms of the contract 50% of the payment for the shipment was to be paid within 3 days after loading and 50% of payment within 3 days after delivery. After many notifications we realised that it was a fiction, we never received the money from the polish company from Warsaw. In connection with the above, we wish to appeal to you for legal aid at the stage of pre-trial settlement and subsequent judicial review.
