I had free contract in vectra wifi service and after using more then 4 months, I had to change my place and call to the customer service to cancel my contract. Afterwards, I terminate contract and returned the device as they suggested me and now they are messaging me to pay two months of wifi service which I didn't use or they will inform debt collector. What should I do in this case?

You shall take a look into the contract with Vectra internet provider in order to find out whether or not there is a clause regarding 2-month termination period. If yes, then the contractor has a right to charge you for the 2 months. Alternative solution to your problem is trying to conclude a an agreement with Vectra to avoid payment. Regards
