Obowiązek meldunkowy. Zmiana miejsca zamieszkania.

My name is Sara from Tunisia. I currently work full time on an employment contract in Poland, and prior to this I was a full-time student at Lodz University of Technology. I initially obtained my Temporary Residence Card (TRC) in Łódź and have since relocated to Warsaw. I have a question regarding address registration: Is it mandatory to inform the Voivodeship Office in Łódź about my new residence address, or should I inform the one in Warsaw instead? If notification is required, is there a specific deadline? since I had an urgent trip and Im already be outside Poland for one month—if I will make a delay for changing the adress, does this will impact negatively ?
